THIS PROGRAM IS AN 8 WEEK PROGRAM.
We have two programs, a walking only program, and a run/walk program (SEE BELOW).
To stay virtually connected as a group, we ask all participatns to create a Strava account. Strava is a free app or can be accessed through your internet browser. You can sync up your smart watch to your account, record a run/walk through the app, or manually input your activity for the day. We have a private group on Strava for our participants, Bryant Parks Running Club. Find us and request access so we can keep each other accountable.
